QZB-J Series Three Phase Auto Voltage Reducing Starter Transformer

Application

QZB-J Series Auto Voltage Reducing Starter Transformer is applicable to a line of AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage is 380V (660V or 220V products can be made to order). It can used to infrequent start and reduce voltage for 3 phase induction motor with rated output power 500kW or under. Because transformer can reduce voltage, motor starting current is decreased so that it can reduce the impact to electricity grid when motor starting.

QZB-J series product is QZB product improvement. Compared with QZB, QZB-J product has several features as following:
1.1 Add an imported temperature protected switch (thermal sensitive breaking switch) in the coil inner
1.2 Model QZB-J-14~75 is changed from both side connecting wire to one side connecting wire. it makes connecting wire more convenient and more firm
1.3 Other performance and usage method is similar as QZB product.

Structure characteristics

This series of transformer has 65%(60%), 80% of two groups of starting voltage taps, if the need for starting torque smaller when the optional 65%(60%) taps, large torque can choose 80% tap.The transformer can be equipped with XJZ1, JJ1 series auto transformer starter box(cabinet) as the main accessories.
